My friend is back!

I was just thinking that I haven't posted anything about my reproductive system lately... but don't fret...today is your lucky day!
I had my first mini menstrual cycle since the miscarriage! I actually got a little excited about it! There is comfort and reassurance in knowing that the time will soon come to try for babybrock again. We are doing anything and everything we can to avoid getting pregnant before our spring break cruise...and I'll leave it at that...Jason can post something if he would like to share any additional details :)
Life is great otherwise! Jason and I are still trying to find as much time as we can to exercise at the 'Y'. It feels so refreshing to exercise. It's one of those things that you absolutely hate to do... and make as many excuses as you can to avoid it... but then once you do... you think to yourself, 'why don't I do this more?' And really--- 42 days is all I have until swimsuit week!
School is going well. I had a second meeting with the principal and the other principal candidate today to discuss our 'future' together. We had a great discussion about cares and concerns and goals... and next steps. We decided to begin our focus and time together with the politics of charter schools in Milwaukee and Wisconsin. I expressed my lack of confidence in discussing these issues, so we thought it be a great launching point into the big picture of essentially running your own charter school. We are going to meet every other Thursday night for dinner. My job in the meantime is to do a little research into some of the other charter schools in Milwaukee-- to know who our allies are!
Sandy, the student teacher is still pecking away at the third graders. I think she's just about ready to see if her last job in Marketing is still available. It's amazing how ruthless 8 and 9 year olds can be! She tried to do a fun webquest with them last week on the laptops... it was great until one student started searching google images for 'backyard sex'... you can imagine the rest of the story.
