Rainforest Jumparoo

We have found the perfect tool for Madison to work off some of that 'thigh chub'... the Rainforest Jumparoo! She turns into one wild child anytime she even gets near the jumparoo! Her face lights up as you set her down into the seat, because she knows exactly what's coming next. Mom and dad would have bought this weeks ago if they knew what fun it would be!

Somebody loves Elmo!

Now I understand. I understand Elmo puppets, Elmo dolls, Elmo figurines, Elmo clothes, Elmo books, Elmo movies...etc Babies loooove Elmo! Madison is absolutely infactuated with Elmo, especially his eyes. Just a glimpse of Elmo from across the room and Madison will start grinning!

We found an Elmo puppet book, and it was love at first sight! We've also had the wonderful opportunity of practicing our singing skills to, 'If you're happy and you know it clap your hands'.... and the longer we sing the song, the more creative it gets. Thank goodness she has no idea what we're saying yet!

Madison is 13 weeks old!

Madison found her foot today! She was sitting on the bed with dad and couldn't help but notice the cute little 'stinky foot' that was sticking out at her. And I'm actually not kidding when I say that Madison has stinky feet! It's the craziest thing, her feet actually get sweaty, clammy and STINKY!

So, to help with her stinky feet, we give her a bath every night. We start the bath routine at about 9pm and keep her up as long as possible. It she makes it until 10pm, it's going to be a great night of sleep for all! Madison regularly sleeps for about 9 hours at a time... from about 10pm until somewhere in the 7am hour... it's wonderful! She's still in bed with us, we seem to be having seperation anxiety issues... it's much easier to just keep our snugglebug right in bed with us!

We went up north again last weekend. It was so cold that Madison actually got to try on one of her little hats! What a cutie! She also loves to snuggle with her bunny. When you squeeze the foot it chirps like a little chick and says, 'somebunny loves you'. She smiles every time she hears it!
